Since 1974, British artist, author and lecturer
Benjamin Creme has been the principal spokesman for an extraordinary message of
hope. Through worldwide lectures, seven books, and 'Share International'
magazine, Creme has been informing the public about the gradual emergence of a
group of highly evolved individuals who are here to help guide humanity through
the present economic, political, social and environmental crises.
At the head of
this group, says Creme, is Maitreya, the World Teacher, expected by various
spiritual traditions under different names. Maitreya, Creme explains, does not
come in response to any one group or to gather followers. He will speak for all
people -- religious and non-religious alike.

versions of this remarkable story. They may or may not be speaking about the
same individual that Benjamin Creme describes or represent the same information
that Creme provides. Some have quoted from Creme without acknowledgement. Others

What's next ?
A major American
television network has requested an interview with Maitreya, which he has
accepted. This interview will take place at the earliest possible moment, to be
determined by Maitreya. It is believed that the timing is relative to the
global financial collapse Maitreya predicted and which is now coming to pass.
It is unlikely
that Share International or any of its affiliated groups worldwide will have
any prior notification of the time of this interview. However, once it has
taken place, all pertinent details will be posted to this Web site. This
interview is expected to be followed by major network interviews in Japan and
most probably in the UK, which will lead to an international press conference
and, ultimately, Maitreya's 'Day of Declaration'.
